1. Big Band Of Brothers: A Jazz Celebration Of The Allman Brothers Band (2/24)

Based on the acclaimed album “Big Band of Brothers: A Jazz Celebration of the Allman Brothers Band,” The Big Band of Brothers Tour features a 10-song set of jazz interpretations of ABB favorites with performers including Jaimoe (an original member of the Allman Brothers Band), Sammy Miller, and The Congregation with special guests Lamar Williams Jr (son of ABB bass player Lamar Williams) and Drew Smithers (who studied under ABB guitarist Jack Pearson). 8-11 p.m. Tickets: $48-$75.

2. Paint and Poetry Jam (2/25)

Paint and Poetry Exhibit

Witness a live, improvised artistic mashup, as two artists bring each other’s work to life. Spoken word artists will read their work while paint artists interpret their works on a canvas in real-time. Celebrating Black history and culture. Featured artists include Terrie Bentley, Paint Artist, Tamarah Bridgewater, Paint Artist; Andrew Bazemore, Spoken Word Artist; Tanai Goldwire, Spoken Word Artist; and Rosalyn A. K. 3. Sushi Making for Beginners (2/26)

Learn how to make a complete four-course Japanese meal from scratch, featuring authentic sushi rolls, with a hands-on class located in Pound Ridge. Led by Chef Adam, who trained under a James-Beard-Award-winning chef, the class kicks off by making miso soup, followed by tuna rolls with chili and salmon rolls with avocado and cucumber. Last, but not least, for dessert, you’ll make black-and-white sesame cookies. Participants are welcome to bring wine or beer to enjoy during the class. 4:30-7:30 p.m. $109 per person, all-inclusive (instruction, food, and taxes)
