We are part of The Trust Project

Three of nine affordable units available in Westchester County to eligible buyers are located in the Town of Cortlandt.

The homes are priced between $138,000 and $235,000 and are open to families earning up to 80% of the county’s Area Median Income. Current maximum eligible annual household income ranges from $60,400 for a one-person household and $69,000 for a two-person household to $100,050 for a six-person household. The unit must be the primary residence of the homebuyer.

Further information on the income requirements and details on the properties, such as floor plans, local schools and public transportation, are posted on the county’s Homeseeker web pages at www.homes.westchestergov.com/homeseeker-housing or contact the Housing Action Council by email at hac@affordablehomes.org or by phone at (914) 332-4144. The deadline to file an application is May 10.
