County Police/Mount Kisco 

Jan. 28: Officers responded to a bar on East Main Street at 12:20 a.m. on a report of an altercation between a patron and staff. Employees advised that they had denied entry to a man who had refused to show ID, but he forced his way into the establishment. While being removed by a bouncer, both parties fell to the ground. The man was issued a trespass warning at the request of management and was advised he would be arrested if he returned to the premises.

Jan. 29: Officers responded to the Mount Kisco train station at 4:41 a.m. on a report that a man was sleeping on the mezzanine level by the elevator. The man, who was intoxicated, was assisted by county officers until MTA police arrived.

Jan. 29: Officers responded to the 100 block of Lexington Avenue at 5:55 p.m. on a report of a domestic disturbance. It was determined that a member of the household was in emotional crisis and had locked herself in her room. The Mobile Crisis Response Team was notified and responded. The aided party was eventually transported by Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Westchester Medical Center for evaluation.

Jan. 30: A 36-year-old man was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, after he went to a residence that he is barred from visiting by a court-issued Order of Protection. The man was booked at the Green Street precinct and arraigned in Mount Kisco Justice Court. He was released on his own recognizance and is due back in court on Feb. 8. 

New Castle Police Department

Jan. 26: Police responded to a Millwood residence on a report of a domestic dispute involving a male teenager and his parents. Officers arrived on the scene and were able to mediate the situation.

Feb. 1: A Spring Valley man was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The driver was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in New Castle Court in March.

Feb. 1: A husband and wife reported being the victim of a phone scam. The couple reported receiving a phone call requesting money be sent to them through Zelle or their power would be turned off. The incident was documented and is being investigated by detectives.

North Castle Police Department

Jan. 26: Text message was received at headquarters at 7:33 a.m. reporting a strong odor of gas at a North Ridge residence. The homeowner left her car running in the garage overnight. The responding officer stated there were negative CO readings The call was cleared by the fire department.

Jan. 29: An officer reported multiple large potholes in the northbound lane on Route 128 between Kent Place and Whippoorwill Road East at 7:30 a.m. The state Department of Transportation was notified.

Jan. 30: A complainant reported at 4:28 p.m. that her wallet was stolen out of her purse while shopping at Stop & Shop on North Broadway. 

Pleasantville Police Department 

Jan. 27: Report of a large crowd causing a disturbance on Nannahagan Road at 10:18 p.m. Upon officers’ arrival, the crowd had been dispersed.

Jan. 29: A patron in a Washington Avenue business was reported to be in emotional distress at 1:24 p.m. The subject was transported to the hospital.

Jan 30: A report of harassment was made at headquarters at 1:47 p.m. The matter remains under investigation; no other information was provided.

Feb. 1: Graffiti was spotted at 1:09 p.m. at Pleasantville High School on Romer Avenue

White Plains Police Department

Jan. 26: A man was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration on Maple Avenue at 2:28 p.m.

Jan. 30: A male subject was charged with third-degree burglary at 4:10 p.m. in connection with an incident at 3 City Place.

Feb. 1: A man was charged at 8:29 p.m. with fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance at the intersection of E.J. Conroy Drive and Hamilton Avenue.
