White Plains Police Department

July 21: 9:33 a.m. – Todd Mehki, 25, was charged with Aggravated Criminal Contempt at 25 Mitchell Pl.
July 21: 1:13 p.m. – Joshua Santiago, 32, was charged with Assault in the Second Degree at 15 Bank St.
July 24: 12:46 p.m. – Cinque Wilson, 34, was charged with Criminal Mischief and Criminal Tampering in connection with an incident at TD Bank at 285 Mamaroneck Ave.
July 24: 1 p.m. – Renan Garvan-Silva, 34, was charged with Assault in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon at 77 S. Lexington Ave.
July 24: 3:14 p.m. – Cinque Wilson, 34, was charged with Criminal Mischief at police headquarters in connection with an incident at 77 S. Lexington Ave.
July 26: 5:43 p.m. – Frederick Leonard was charged with seven counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance at 77 S. Lexington Ave.

Croton-on-Hudson Police Department

July 24: 6:36 p.m. – Resident on Wells Ave. reports his neighbor continues to comment about his smoking. Caller only wanted incident to be recorded.
July 26: 11:19 a.m. – A 31-year-old Brooklyn resident was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny. He was taken into custody at Rikers Island and transported to Croton Police headquarters and arraigned. He was transported back to Rikers Island.
July 26: 8:03 p.m. – Caller from Oneida Ave. reports the rear window of his vehicle was broken out. Caller stated the last time he drove the vehicle was on July 23. Patrol dispatched and reported the window was possibly broken by a landscaper.
July 28: 12:11 p.m. – Caller from Grand St. reported a dog in a parked car with the window cracked. Patrol was dispatched and located the operator of the vehicle. The operator was issued a warning.
July 31: 6:09 p.m. – A tip line caller stated that there was a large amount of smoke coming from the side of a home and he was not sure if it was a grill or a fire. Patrol was dispatched. Patrol reported the Fire Department determined that the smoke was not coming from North Highland Place but from somewhere on Mt Airy. Patrols reported that the fire department was unable to locate the source of the smoke.

Yorktown Police Department

July 28: 11:20 p.m. – Roberto Castellon Lopez, 45, of Mt. Kisco was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E felony, and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E felony, after officers responded to a report of an erratic operator on Rt. 202.
July 29: 5:01 p.m. – A 62-year-old Yorktown man was charged with Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration, both misdemeanors, and Dumping, a violation, following a report of a man in a van dumping a barbeque grill in the woods of the roadway on Mountain Brook Rd. The man resisted arrest by physically struggling with officers with his body and arms to prevent them from placing him in handcuffs.
August 1: 12:30 p.m. – Gabriel Frias Gil, 27, of Yonkers, was charged with Identity Theft, a Class D felony, after reportedly stealing a purse containing multiple credit cards from a vehicle and using one the cards to purchase $2,664 in electronics from Best Buy at the Palisades Mall.
August 1: 4:52 p.m. – Gloria Elizabeth Harvey, 65, of the Bronx, was charged with Identity Theft, Forgery and Possession of a Forged Instrument, all felonies, and Criminal Impersonation in the Second Degree, a misdemeanor, following the report of a suspicious incident where the defendant was in the area to intercept a package delivery containing a bank card.

North Castle Police Department

July 28: 8:06 a.m. – Officer reports observing a suspicious white male wearing a black backpack, wearing a white helmet, and possibly carrying a hatchet while walking towards the downtown area. Officer later advised the individual was not in possession of a weapon, but debris he picked up from the roadway.
July 30: 11:01 a.m. – Complainant reports her dog was attacked by another dog while she walked past 32 Wampus Ave.
August 2: 12:10 p.m. – Walk-in complainant reports being approached by an unknown female party who engaged in a verbal dispute with her inside 17 Maple Ave.

Mount Kisco Police Department

July 30: 7:58 p.m. – Officers responded to Marion Avenue on a report that a man was smashing furniture inside a residence and then throwing it out a window. Upon arrival officers observed multiple damaged items of furniture and other property in the driveway. A 44-year-old man who said he was the homeowner was apparently angry at a tenant who was three months behind on his rent. The man, who appeared intoxicated, argued with officers, shoved one of them and resisted efforts to place him under arrest. He subsequently passed out in a patrol car. H was charged Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree, a felony; Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor, and Harassment 2nd Degree, a violation.
August 2: 8:28 a.m. – Village officials reported an act of graffiti vandalism occurred the previous evening on the exterior of Village Hall. Security camera video showed a teenage girl with a can of spray paint in that location at 8:50 p.m. The incident remains under investigation.
