2nd Annual Zombie Crawl and Mischief Night Creeps into Peekskill
This Halloween is happening in Peekskill. Starting on Friday, October 30, come out for Mischief night. Join the Paramount Hudson Valley for the 3rd Annual Rocky Horror Picture Show & Halloween Party! Early showing of Rocky Horror starts at 8 p.m. Halloween Costume Party starts at 10 p.m. with DJ Delta who will get you off your feet and onto the dance floor, followed by a midnight showing of Rocky Horror Picture Show! Don’t miss out on the best Rocky Horror Picture Show Party in the Hudson Valley! Get your tickets today! Also on Mischief night enjoy discounts at the participating bars and restaurants in Peekskill for those in costume and/or holding a ticket for the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Saturday, October 31 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at The Peekskill Farmers Market, New Era Creative Space, a local children’s art school, will be hosting an art tent at the market where kids can make and keep their very own masks. From 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. the Market will have a giant pumpkin on view and the person who comes closest to guessing the weight will win a huge basket filled with market goodies and throughout our full market day participating vendors are offering discounts to shoppers who come with kids in costume.
At 5 p.m. the adult zombies start their walk of the dead. The walk begins at the Riverfront where ghosts and ghouls can feast and drink at The Hudson Creamery, Dylan’s Wine Cellar, Taco Dive Bar, and The Peekskill Brewery. You and your fellow zombies will walk, crawl, run in terror up the hill to the downtown, where you will continue your death march at haunted establishments the likes of Hudson Room, Gleasons, Quiet man, Peacock and McDonald, Iron Vine, and The Birdsall House. Some other zombie chewed your leg off? No worries because the Peekskill Trolley and the Go Peekskill Van will be Running a continuous loop from the train through the downtown, so rest your rotting corpse and we will drive you around.
