Why Proposition 1 is a Vote Against Girls, Women and Families

In the name of anti-discrimination, our state is seeking to codify into law discrimination and division.

It will destroy girls’ and women’s sex-based spaces by creating a constitutional right for males to compete in female sports, have access to their locker rooms and bathrooms, prisons and anywhere females enjoy protection and privacy.

It will ban parents from knowing if their minor child is undergoing controversial transgender “reassignment” surgery or puberty blocker treatments. Teachers and school administrators will inform parents of just about anything (medication, behavior, permission slips), but Prop 1 will codify schools keeping secrets about children’s gender identity and potentially life-altering behaviors.

Anyone who claims to be pro-woman, pro-family and pro-citizen must Vote “NO” to Proposition 1.
