The ceremony will be held Tues., September 11 at 8 a.m. at Liberty Park on Lake Street at the site of the permanent memorial for the residents of White Plains killed on September 11, 2001. The ceremony will include a flag raising, wreath laying and spoken words.

Additionally, the city of White Plains will pause midday at a noon ceremony at Renaissance Plaza, downtown White Plains, to honor those that rose in service and celebrate the strength of our nation. There will be a musical performance, a moment of silence and readings.
