Westhab Apartment Applications Available

Anyone interested in moving into the soon to be built 28-unit three-story apartment complex at 22 Tarrytown Road, should call 914-345-2800.
Applications are due at Westhab by March 31. Income ranges depending on family size are $22,000 to $69,000 with a rent range, depending on income and unit size, between $467 and $1,405.
The new apartments will replace the Westhab homeless shelter and former King’s Inn Motel. Tenant selection will be made April 2nd in the form of a lottery. Expected occupancy is June.
