Hundreds of Westchester’s food connoisseurs packed into a tent on Court Street in White Plains Thursday evening, as Westchester Magazine kicked off its second annual Wine & Food Weekend. A ribbon cutting for the four-day event, which will bring together some of the county’s top chefs, was held at Thursday’s “Burgers, BBQ and Beer Bash,” with Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino, White Plains Mayor Tom Roach and Westchester Magazine Publisher Ralph Martinelli among those on hand.
