Putnam First Responders to Play in Softball Fundraiser

On Saturday, September 17th starting at approximately 5 p.m., the Putnam County Volunteer Fireman’s Association will sponsor a team that will represent the Putnam County Volunteer Fire agencies in the Championship softball game at Dutchess Stadium. The team representing the Putnam County Fire agencies will play against fire and police agencies from Dutchess County. Admission to the games is free and any money collected from food and souvenirs for this event will be used to help firefighters, police officers and children in the Hudson Valley counties when they need it the most. Hudson Valley Guns and Hoses is a component fund of the Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley.
