Police Seek Suspect in Public Lewdness Case

The Greenburgh Police Department is investigating an incident of Public Lewdness which occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m.. on Saturday Sept. 6, at the TJ Maxx store located at 425 N. Central Avenue in Hartsdale. The suspect exposed his penis to a group of three children; ages, six, seven, and nine.

The suspect is described as a medium brown skinned (tan) Hispanic male, approximately 35 to 40 years old, 5’3” tall, with dark hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans (torn on each leg), and a baseball cap. The suspect fled the store after exposing himself. The matter is an ongoing investigation and anyone with information pertaining to this incident or the suspect is asked to contact the Greenburgh Police Department at 914-682-5331.
