Work is underway for a makeshift hospital at the Westchester County Center in White Plains. County Executive George Latimer said patient capacity would be up to 100 patients but the New York State Department of Health would render that final decision. The makeshift facility is being designed for non COVID-19 patients only. PHOTO BY DAVID ROCCO
