If Lawler is Concerned About Crime, He Should Back Gun Safety Bills

I’m trying to understand the concern expressed by Congressman Mike Lawler for the 61 percent of New Yorkers who are worried about becoming victims of a crime, according to a recent poll from the Siena College Research Institute.

Though Mr. Lawler campaigned as an advocate for common-sense gun safety measures, he has done nothing to advance gun safety. Instead, he voted to deregulate pistol braces that are popular among mass murderers and cop killers.

Does Mr. Lawler’s right hand not know what his left hand is doing?
