Ball Hosts Second Annual Veterans Dinner

About 800 meals were served to veterans and their families as state Sen. Greg Ball hosted the second annual Veterans Thanksgiving on Sunday, Nov. 4 at Putnam National Gold Course in Mahopac.
“When many of these veterans came back from war they didn’t always hear thank you,” said Ball. “It is so special for this community to come together and properly thank these veterans for the service they have given.”
Over 40 local businesses and organizations donated food or services to the occasion.
