Batteries Plus Bulbs to Donate Sales to Typhoon Haiyan Relief

We are part of The Trust Project

In conjunction with its one year anniversary since first opening doors to the community, Batteries Plus Bulbs of White Plains will be donating 25 percent of all retail sales generated on Tuesday, Dec. 10 to the American Red Cross’s Typhoon Haiyan relief efforts.

Franchise owners Eros and Jennifer Corpus, both born in the Philippines, will hold the day-long charity event to give back to the Philippines and help those in need.

From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., customers can stop by Batteries Plus Bulbs to either stock up on essential batteries and light bulbs or purchase supplies needed for holiday gifts such as toys, digital cameras and mobile devices, and know that a portion of their sales will be donated back to a worthy cause. Snacks and refreshments will also be provided throughout the day.

Batteries Plus Bulbs is located at 300 Tarrytown Road in White Plains.
