Professional Women of Putnam Show Heart
On Feb. 16 the Professional Women of Putnam hosted its first “Celebrate Your Heart” event to benefit the American Heart Association.
The event, which the group said will be an annual activity, consisted of networking, vendor exhibits and demonstrations.
The PWP will host its next event on March 10th at the Terrace Club to celebrate the group’s one-year anniversary.
The Feb. 16 event featured a special presentation by Dr. Patrick Thomas of Hudson Valley Cardiology Group, and a touching story by Passion Speaker Rosemary Hyland.
The Professional Women of Putnam is a networking group for the women of Putnam County and provides its membership with an array of opportunities for networking, information sharing and professional development.
