Free Calming Tension Class Live Over Zoom

Using tensing and releasing of our muscles with practice of progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) is beneficial, soothing, & accessible practice to seek calm. With Rachel Merchan, LCSW, to practice this welcoming and calming relaxation strategy and explore the benefits of utilizing muscle tension and release to enhance mood and well-being. Rachel will highlight the importance of using these practices as part of a routine relaxation strategy.
