White Plains Memorial Day Parade Call to Participants
The City of White Plains Recreation & Parks Department is finalizing the line-up for its annual Memorial Day Parade. All interested organizations, businesses and musical groups should contact Fran Croughan, Deputy Commissioner, at 914-422-1339 or by email at fcroughan@whiteplainsny.gov.
May 15th is the deadline to sign up as a participant. The White Plains Memorial Day Parade has been a part of the city’s history for many years and, it has traditionally included outstanding marching bands and the support of many community organizations and businesses. The parade will be held on Monday, May 25, 2015 at 10 a.m. The parade steps off on Church Street between Main Street and Hamilton Avenue and concludes with a ceremony at White Plains Rural Cemetery.
