Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco is proud to be the first hospital in Westchester County to welcome a baby in 2016. Nelson Garcia was born at 2:10 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2016, to proud parents Marinel Garcia and Nelson Bautista of Mount Kisco. Nelson is their first child.
