County Police Make Prostitution Arrest in Ossining
Westchester County Police recently arrested two women, one on a prostitution charge, following an undercover investigation into two health spas operating on North State Road in Ossining.
On July 29 at 10 p.m., police charged Min Zhu Piao, 41, of Flushing, Queens, with prostitution, a misdemeanor, following an investigation at the 1st Oriental Health Spa at 565 North State Road.
Piao was accused of offering to perform a sex act in exchange for cash.
Meanwhile, Suhua Dai, 53, of Flushing, Queens, was charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession, a felony, following an investigation into the Green Day Spa at 515 North State Road.
Dai was accused of offering massage services at the spa without the required New York State license.
